I woke up this morning to my mom on the phone with my doctor. The call was about results from my blood test; I have herpes. They don`t know what type and I`m going back for more blood work in 6 to 8 weeks. I`m scared and feel lonely. I have yet to accept it. It`s hard to look in the mirror knowing this about myself. All I can think about is how people would react to me if they knew this. I`ve had intercourse with two people. I had blood work done after me and the first one broke up. Inbetween the time of my test and my results I, being dumb and trustworthy, had sex with a guy that I really liked. Well he decided to go back to his ex. Now I have these results and I`m scared that I could have spread it to him. I don`t know how I will ever be in a relationship. I`m too ashamed to tell anyone and it wouldn`t be right to not tell.
