I have hsv-2. I have always been careful. Always used condoms. All of my friends have had chlamydia. Some more than once. I had never had an std. Right at my 26th birthday i was raped. A week later i had an outbreak. It was so minimal that the doctor couldn`t tell just by looking at it. I had minimal pain in my abdominal area. No worse than having gas. The sores didn`t hurt. They itched, but not a lot. The out break only lasted about seven days. Now i only know i have an out break if i spread it to another part of my body. The initial infection area doesn`t get any bumps at all now. I have had problems dating. Not everyone is afraid. But the guy i happen to be in love with is. So I`m angry that i have friends that have gotten chlamydia more than once because they aren`t careful and the first time i get anything it`s not something that a dose of antibiotics can cure. Also the way i got it is the most difficult part to handle. But i just want to let people know that it`s not the end of the world. I will get married and have kids just like I always planned.
