Experience…
I made the mistake of trusting the wrong person and chose not to use protection. My first outbreak was the worst and lasted almost two weeks. I felt as if I had the flu, my muscles ached, my inguinal lymph nodes were sore (as well as my lower abdomen) and I had one lesion that was very painful upon urination. I can tell I`m going to have another outbreak when my skin feels tingly and sometimes itchy and it`s usually around the time of a menstrual period or when my immune system is further compromised by being sick or extremely stressed.
