This is for all the young girls an woman who have just found out they have herpes. I am a 26 year old beautiful woman an have been told it often. When I had my first out break it was the worst thing that ever happen to me in my life an I have been through alot. I am still with the same man from when I found out about it and to this day dont no if he gave it to me or not but I have let that go. After my first outbreak that was horrible I began to get them every month. I want to die. So i went to the doc finally and they gave me meds to take next time. I took that an start to change my life for positive I go to the gym every other day take a multi vitmin and 1000mg of L Lysine. I didnt get an out break for about a year when I did I took meds right away and its gone with in two days an never gets bad! I just want to let you no it is a heard thing to deal with but dont ever give up!! I am the happiest ive ever bin in my life right now an now know nothing will ever bring me down!!!! [47084]
