well when i first found out that i had herpes i was 25 years old…when the dr told me yes that bump i found was for sure herpes, i just broke down crying!!!! i wanted to find out who i got them from but the dr said that i will never know… so i just have to learn to forgive and let go and let GOD handle it. i have been blessed i have not had an out break in a long time.. until this year 2014.. i noticed it comes on when i am really stressed out, really sick, or not keeping myself healthy. so i have learned to stay calm in stressing times, and do my best to stay healthy,by take my vitamins everyday, working out everyday, eating right. i am just so blessed to have the most understanding husband in the world he knows about me having herpes and he never thought twice about leaving me or anything.. he has been by my side from day one.
