I wish people would be educated that condoms are not a guarantee that you won`t get it since the virus can shed on skin not covered by the condom. No one is told this. I contracted it while condoms were used and was devastated thinking I did everything I was supposed to do to have made sure this didn`t happen. And I know way too many people that think oral and genital are completely different. In sex ed courses the oral type should be discussed with kids in great detail since most of them are spreading it by kissing and don`t know the risks. [46612]
