Vaginal Discharge
Dear Dr. Rob:
Hi! I was wondering what are the symptoms to herpes. This is what I feel: my stomach hurts sometimes, and inside my vagina, it feels weird like I have to go pee all the time, and I have discharge. Please let me know if you know what this might be.

The facts that your stomach hurts, you have the urge to urinate, and a vaginal discharge suggest more the possibility of a bacterial or fungal vaginal infection than it does herpes. Again, a trip to the gynecologist and testing for herpes, as well as direct examination, and perhaps culture of the discharge would give you a diagnosis.
