My outbreaks have always been frequent but I thought they were stress-related. Since my stress levels have dropped I thought the frequency would also but I`ve have 3 outbreaks in the last 5 months and they seem to be getting more severe. It`s so frustrating. Even taking Lysine didn`t reduce the severity this time. [46486]
